The cardinal delivered a talk in the evening at St. Michael's Cathedral Basilica on the importance of silence for the development of an inner life and a relationship with God.

Dom Cassian Folsom, Prior of the Monastero San Benedetto in Norcia, Italy, runs through the Second Vatican Council's document on the liturgy, "Sacrosanctum Concilium", focusing especially on it's teaching about the place of sacred music in the Church's worship.

The Most Reverend Athanasius Schneider,  wrote a brief treatise on the reception of Holy Communion, Dominus Est-It is the Lord!  In the years since, there has been no greater defender of the Eucharist than Bishop Schneider.
